Photographer Takes His Rescued Dog Maddie On Epic Adventures
Maddie, the rescue dog of ‘Maddie on Things’ fame, is on a road trip across America with owner Theron Humphrey and looking for friends. Maddie became famous for her ability to balance on things shortly after she was rescued, but this new series, “four by three,” is all about their life on the road in America’s back-country. Believe it or not, but the duo will be traveling by motorcycle most of the time – Maddie will be sitting in a sidecar right alongside Theron the whole time!
Humphrey describes his project’s goals on his blog: “Out on the road, I’m looking to photograph 25 unique stories focused on ladies who love motorcycles,” he writes. “This cool photo project is about having fun… We’re going to avoid those interstates and say ‘Hi’ to the small dots on the map.”

Fav is the two of them soaking in the hot springs? or mineral water, so sweet. Dogs love adventure as seen on her face in the pictures.

OMG - we are kindred spirits. My husband Jimmy (a wildlife vet), Princess and I (animal rescue/welfare/photographer) travel the world together sharing adventures.Princess has lived with us in seven countries (soon to be eight), four states and visited many more. And, from what I can gather from the sleeping bag image, Maddie and Princess may have a lot to talk about as Princess often gives me a similar looking "not this again" expression after being the subject of our travel photos hundreds and hundreds of times. :) You've got an awesome story, awesome pics, and mostly an awesome pup! P.S. Maddie and Princess both have those telltale Cattle Dog speckles...maybe they were born adventurers, like most Aussies! :) Thanks for sharing!

She's lived in seven countries, soon to increase to eight, and four U.S. states as well. Awesome! <3
You can just see it in her eyes. She is sooooo happy and content and totally in love with him. Being with him is all that matters to her.
I think every single girl with a heart will be on the lookout for these two! Both have heart!

I have 4 rescue and Miss Lady is my (or I am hers) the best....she is a heeler and yours looks like Lady. Sisters on the fly.
