Reminds me of coming in from recess at school, and having to wait in line for the water fountain

this happened to me once, I got behind this line of people and after a while I had noticed no one was moving and people beside besides us were, come to find out, it wasnt even a line, this people were just standing there talking to each other, it was pretty awkward when we all realized I was standing behind this group of people in the middle of the DMV. :P
