Loyal Dog Lies For Hours In Exact Place Where Owner Was Killed In Hit-And-Run
This loyal dog named Paco was found lying in the road in Jacksonville, Florida Friday morning after his owner, Kelly Black, was killed in a hit-and-run incident with a semi truck. Police currently believe that she was out walking Paco when the incident occurred and they also suspect that the semi driver may not have even known that he struck someone.
