We’re mostly used to confident, flamboyant, and theatrical Disney villains, but Vivianne Dubois has shown them in a completely new way. As devilishly cute little kids. And the best thing about the cool drawing series is that the lifelong Disney fan has managed to maintain their personas while doing it as well.

“I have always loved drawing since I was little,” Vivianne told Bored Panda. “However, I only started considering it as a career option when I began to visit art schools, trying to figure out where to go after high school. I had studied 2D animation at the Utrecht School of the Arts and now work as an animator for an upcoming series for Amazon Prime.”

And her studies are partially responsible for these lovable cartoon drawings as well. “I came up with the idea for the project when I was in my first year of art school. I just started learning how to draw digitally and basically only drew fan art.”

“I just thought it would be interesting to see how these popular characters might have acted and looked like when they were just naive little kids while trying to maintain their key personality traits at the same time,” Vivianne explained. “That, and I just liked drawing cute stuff.”

“I started with my favorite of Disney characters, Ursula, and worked through my list of other personal favorites. At first, I wanted to recreate all of the villains but at some point, I just got tired of the project and wanted to move on to other drawing ideas.”
