Our portfolio consists of online magazines, FB pages, and YouTube channels with a multimillion following and more. We are currently seeking a new full-time member for our Business Analytics department in Vilnius, a Digital Advertising Analyst who would help understand collective data and identify strategic opportunities to maximize Bored Panda’s revenues across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Working within the AdOps and Monetization team, you would deliver regular reports on advertising performance, revenue streams, different digital platforms using an array of Analytics tools;
  •  Monitor and analyze advertising performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization;
  • Help execute various tests and analyze the outcomes;
  • When needed, book and manage campaigns within Google Ad Manager.

Requirements:

  • An analyst can come from various backgrounds, with and without analytic experience, but they must bring qualities such as intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills, determination, and creativity;
  • 0-2 years of experience in online media and campaign analysis or business experience working in an account services industry such as Marketing, Advertising or Finance;
  • Strong analytical skills are required, including the ability to collect and analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations;
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel;
  • We would consider an understanding of online media metrics, experience with ad serving and/or web analytics a plus;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Fluent in English.
