Designs at their best can make your brand memorable through catchy slogans and imagery. At their worst, however, they can make people remember your company for all the wrong reasons. The subreddit “Crappy Design” is a great example of how designs can go so very wrong, and leave a bad mark on your name.
Bored Panda has curated a new list of our favorite design fails from “Crappy Designs.” Sure these designers might have had good intentions, but where were their editors? Everything from animal sex on kids pajamas to subtle double entendres that an editor clearly missed, several people were clearly spaced out on the job. The only thing that makes sense to me in how this happened is that they somehow "switched" the measurement for where to place it, and then switch off their brain.

This is is less a design flaw and more the builders error, the toilets clearly go on the ceiling.
Perfect example of what they call in Spain "Ceguera de taller" literally "Workshop blindness". That's when you've worked on something so long you can't see the errors any more. The posts with the hinges on them didn't specify which end was up and the designer of these pre-fab pieces couldn't imagine someone being dumb enough to not figure it out.
Sometimes people know you more by your SHOES than your FACE so I'd wait until I got home to go.
This is because some places are required to have bathrooms, so they do this so they have bathrooms but won't have to pay for maintenance because nobody will want to use them.
