as a teenager forced to live w/ a sociopathic mother... would go out to my car to be alone & cut myself arms, chest, legs & once i'd reached whatever level was needed depending on all the suppressed stress, rage, anger, grief, frustration, etc. against self and i could watch it bleed. almost instantly a huge sense of relief would wash over me. knew it was better, healthier & safer to hurt myself than anything or anyone else.

I have this disorder as its where you harm your self without the intent to kill your self like I used to cut up my whole body cuz it felt good to me if you have this pleas get help it's not a good thang to have and it is not a friend
