Son Starts Sharing His Dad’s Hilarious Reactions To Video Games And His Dad Jokes Are Cracking Everyone Up

Nowadays, millions of people are playing video games, with a multi-billion dollar industry having a wide range of genres to satisfy all needs. The appeal of video games is higher than ever, with realistic designs, innovative technologies, and even business and career possibilities readily available in the field. And while the majority of gamers are people under the age of 40, the older generation is not shying away from games.

On August 19, Marc Straight tweeted about his dad trying out new video games and it quickly gained attention, due to the father’s commentary on specific games. Marc is a music composer and sound effect designer for the game and haunted attraction industries, so introducing his father to video games is a way of getting his parents familiar with his career. “He always knew about gaming though he stopped playing around the Sega CD period,” Straight told Bored Panda. “He’s still finding out what games he likes which is normal. He has a lot of opinions on the games I play so that’s coming over to what he plays as well” Marc added. After posting the tweets, people quickly followed up with their own opinions and suggestions. “I definitely want to but my family are private private people. I don’t want to push [them] into something that can be overwhelming” Straight addressed people’s suggestions for his father to start streaming. Scroll down below to read the full story.

I think this is basically every middle aged parent ever. We have no clue about any of these games.

I worked at Nintendo of America back in 93-94. One of the perks was getting a free game system. I got an SNES and took it to my Dad. Nothing is more precious than seeing your pops sitting on his recliner, feet up, playing Super Mario Bros while periodically moving the controller around trying to influence Mario's direction and simultaneously rolling his feet around like they're propellers on a B-52 Bomber.....

I remember my dad ridiculing my younger sister when she bought Atari after getting her first job. Then he was home sick for 3 days & bored & she couldn't get him off the Atari when she got home!

The only thing I've played regularly since Sega Genesis is Ratchet & Clank, but it's steadily gone downhill. The war games are boring. I'm able to carry out the mission, but some of them don't have maps & I can't find my way back to the ship/helicopter after I finish my mission.

You are wrong about FF XV being like American Pie, as there's no indication of Noctis being a virgin and the writing isn't half as shite.
