If you learn a technical trade skill, you may well be better off. Heating/air, plumbing, and electrician, are just three that pay very well. And the biggest plus is that you can easily go into business for yourself. I love the knowledge I gained from my bachelors(history), and masters(physical anthropology), but my PhD is in Mechanical Aptitude. Guess which one I use for making a living? :D
Yes the trades are a good start. Electrical though to be successful requires real technical training has become more technical and less mechanical. The other thing to recognize is that your old body will not do so well with a physical job over the years especially with constant use. Also to be in business for yourself you need a business oriented mind. I should know I have worked for an electrician for 15 years as the office manager. I have seen workers that were not trained to do anything else and how their old bodies fail them due to over use. I have also seen what havoc poor business management can do to the health of a business.

1st pic to last: he is graduate but the job he got is as a crew in Mcdonalds, vice versa; He was a crew in Mcdonalds but because he is a hardworking working student, All his hard work has paid off, and he is graduated.
There should be more Vocational Schools, and then you wouldn't have a huge loan to pay back

learn something usefull and you won't head up there! don't major in Art or philosophy! i'm a history addict, i looooooooooooove that! but i didn't major in history, they're almost no job in that! i go in computer and keep it as a hobby Capture-59...bc0fd4.jpg 
I said 'poor thing' to my best friend when she told me she was going to university. She didn't get the job that she was graduate for.
I was working several years at McD during my studies and also during summers and days off. It gave me real good work experience, since I must say you learn a lot at McD. Communication, doing lots of stuff at the same time, take quick decisions, lead others, etc. McD is not that bad. I have been to loots of restaurants but McD was the best to work with, to be honest. It's a very very good start, I would say.
Even then, sometimes you won't get hired as they tell you that you are over qualified.

It's refreshing to see something that offends both genders equally and you can't even call it sexist....

Well, the nightstand leg does not kiss the foot, but mostly the little toe. I think that the only reason that toe is still being grown on our foot; to make out with the nightstand.

I don't like such negative approach to life. Yes, there is some truth in there and I liked some, but it's all over very bitter, sometimes with no valid reason.
