Toddler Best Friends Hug Like They Haven’t Seen Each Other For Years When It’s Actually Just Been 2 Days
When is the last time you met up with your best friend? For some of us, modern life is so busy that we sometimes forget about the people closest to us. Sometimes half a year goes by without seeing our pals, even though we think it’s been a few weeks, tops.
Children are always honest about their feelings — they do what their hearts tell them, and we can all stand to (re)learn something from them. A video of two ‘besties’ running towards each other and hugging it out has captured the internet’s heart because of how genuine the 2-year-olds’ love for one another is. Be prepared to go ‘aww’ because your heart will melt. Be sure to share this post with all your friends and family — they’ll thank you for it.
The video of two BFFs running towards each other captured the internet’s heart
The amazing video was shared by Michael Cisneros who is Maxwell’s father. Maxwell and his friend Finnegan couldn’t stand to be apart from each other for two days, which they obviously thought was far too long a time to spend without your BFF.
Besties Maxwell and Finnegan missed each other greatly after only two days
Cisneros told ABC News that the two boys are “inseparable” and have known each other for a year.
“When they are away from each other, they are always asking about one another,” Cisneros told the media. “They go to music class together, Dana Banana (a weekly music event) and they love to dance — both are excellent dancers.”
I’m going to call up all of my best friends and make plans to meet up with them this week. What about you? What do you think of Maxwell and Finnegan’s friendship? How long has it been since you’ve seen your best friend? Let us know in the comments below, and remember to share this post with your loved ones, so you can make their day!
People adored the video
One of the simplest yet most comforting and fun videos I've seen in a while. And the way they run, lol, it's just adorable.
Kids always feel in real time. We, as adults, many times transfer our feelings to tomorrow, next week, next month, next lifetime.
Yes, and children are always truthful with their feelings.
Load More Replies...It is kind of sad that most people don't just see two kids hugging, but they see two kids of a different skin colour hugging, like that is something special... makes me sadder than i can tell you. Besides it's beauty, this can be a very cold and ugly world.
In some countries it really is a special event. Very sad. What is important is what we take away from it. Happy smiles that two children are such good friends. Happy that children don't see colour differences in the same way as adults. We should cherish their innocence and take it into our own lives.
Load More Replies...This is why I love babies and toddlers. They don't care about race, religion, what political party you're affiliated with. They just care that you're a nice person. And I love how excited they are to tell you about something new they discovered. Like the pretty bright red car that just drove down the street! "Look Red Car!! Look! Red Car!!!"
Like the article says "we all need to (re)learn" to be like this. I truly wish to have a friendship that is this pure and strong.
So freaking cute and adorable to look at those two sweethearts. Friendship and love sees no color and they are the living proof
Kids are so pure and innocent. We all need to take an in-depth look at these photos and do a complete moral inventory on ourselves.
Loved this, true love from toddlers, sincere feelings, and yes we can learn from these adorable boys, I hope the parents are able to help the boys stay close forever, please keep us posted, heartwarming !!!
How wonderful that their parents are teaching them it's OK for men to have tender feelings and express affection!
If these two grow up and learn not to embrace each other with total joy, that will be a tragedy.
Besties Maxwell and Finnegan missed each other greatly after only two days I was down, depressed and I am so happy I clicked on this. Seeing these 2 kids like that brought back some wonderful memories of my childhood 67 yrs ago. I pray these kids and so many like them will keep their friendships forever and a day. Wonderful job the parents have done not seeing color, race etc, just 2 lil boys having a ball. Pax+
Don't poke me for this.. But as one bad thinker.. I just found out 2 things.. People who keep hands closed and their stuff stuffed, they remain behind in the life and people who don't care what others have but work happily towards their own goal while motivating others always are faster, because of no burden of "toys". On the other hand..gratitude is a virtue best expressed with joy. MAYBE THESE KIDS DON'T KNOW GRATITUDE BUT THEY SURELY KNOW HOW TO BE JOYFUL WITH A GRATITUDE.
needed this after reading the post about the guy's kid dying of SUDEP.
This is the sort of racial unity we need in this country, but sadly the left want us to fight over race and to endlessly quarrel about identity politics. they don't want us all to simply be americans who are all the same color on the inside. they want endless conflict between racial lines, political lines, socioeconomic class lines, etc. They want a neverending civil war on multiple fronts.
They're an inspiration. It's true we're all born nice, living and opened creatures and became weird later on
You kidding? Kids can be cruel af because they don't yet have any social skills their entire heart on on their sleeves at all times.
Load More Replies...Aww this reminds me of one of my friends in first grade who I am still friends with to this day. We weren't in the same class and so every say at the end of our lunch/recess we would hug, so hard she would usually lift me off the ground. <3
The lyrics, "Reunited, and it feels so good..." is playing in my head, when I see these two cuties run and hug. Seriously, very adorable. It is wrong I want to squish them (in a good, huggy way)?
So I think this is definitely adorable and absolutely love it but that ending where they just keep running and don't see someone trying to stop them freaks me out! Lol
oh come on, cute but staged. white kid keeps looking at camera for instruction, so obvious. if you stage this kind of 'feel good' fantasy you will get on you tube every time. black kid points at something white kid has and white kid runs away.
