I know I'm dancing with the devil here. If that article is correct then, yes, this is absolutely deplorable. The Holocaust has always been something that has made me sick to my stomach. How could people treat other human beings like this? How could millions of others stand by and watch? When I was in school, we had at least a month dedicated to learning and processing the holocaust and World War II. When my son was about 12 he asked me about it because he hardly knew anything about it. They basically mentioned it in passing in school. Luckily, I have several books about it, and have studied it, so was able to teach him about it and encourage him to study more history on his own. Is it possible that the title of this article is for clicks and has absolutely nothing to do with what these kids were trying to do? Perhaps they were trying to bring awareness to one of the most shocking, sickening, horrible periods in human history? I know, likely not but I'd like to have hope that could be.
Disgusting! If you want to know why, only 20% of under 25 even know 6 million Jews were killed, more than half think it was 2 million or less. 15% had no clue what the holocaust was. These numbers were the same in the US, Canada, and UK. Better education could help out these morons. At least they will live in infamy for all to see when they try to get jobs

I am spanish so I have no family stories about the Holocaust because my country barely participated in ww2. But my granmas and granpas lived a terrible and devastating civil war (1936-39) and a starving post war when they were very little. The older were 14-16yo when the war finished and the younger was 4yo. One of my grandpas was imprisoned at 19yo for being left wing (Spain was a fascist dictadure after the war). That is suffering, not like this idiots that are spending a few weeks in lockdown with internet, videogames and TV.
It's not just about the Holocaust alone. Empathy should be instilled in kids so they grow up to empathize and honor victims of all genocides. These people are hungry for views and they know the shock factor will get them a lot of views. Negative publicity is still publicity and they're so heartless and fixated on having their 5 minutes of fame that they've abandoned their morals.

My friend's little dog got out right as we were finishing up a walk, came running up to my dog and I didn't realize he bit her in the nose. She had 11 pups so she just rolled him and scared the pee out of him (even though he tried to bite her again), looked really surprised when I was like "whoa!" Then I was so off-kilter that when my friend reached out her hand I F*****G SHOOK IT. I forgot she loaned me a coffee cup I was still holding. I now have to fake my death and move to Mongolia.
