And the subreddit which we will call 'Entitled Batch' can prove it — this online community is dedicated to shaming people who think they can always get their own way and are better than everyone else.

To be honest I find it strange how accepted is has become to ridicule white women just because they look a certain way. There are entitled assholes of every gender and ethnicity/race, but only white women get called a special nickname and often for very minor stuff. And it's good for people that live in very mediocre bubbles to see that other bubbles exist that are a whole lot different (and a lot less prevalent we hope). Just because it is not to your comfort, doesn't mean it can't actually grow your own sense of empathy towards others. And if it's too much. Skip it. But I can assure you there's a reason you didn't. These are wonderful examples to see how "most" people react to situations like these and how people that act like that are the ones to stand out from the masses. I am honestly not sure if there are more entitled people living now. Or is it we are more hyperconnected and can share this surreal existence in real time.
Waiting at the dealership for my car service, sitting reading a magazine. I guess I "thought" people knew that a magazine, open and face-down in the chair means that I've gone to the restroom. I come back, guy's sitting in the chair reading the exact article I had been reading. Yes, there were numerous other seats without open magazines in them. I realize I expect too much.
..more and more BP articles are negative.. what happened to the uplifting ?.. every article now is about someone calling someone else out for shameful behavior.. this article is about a bride who had a fight.. who's right?.. sigh
