Skewing away from the things we hear on a day to day basis and are made to believe the "happily ever after" stuff, here are some sayings coming from funny comics of Truth Potato who knows that life isn't always that hunky dory. Let's face it; certain facts of life have us all in total denial.

You were also awesome at times in the past and will rock in the future :)
No you r not tomato. U r delicious. I would like to be the villian in every one's story. Sounds exciting.
Everyone acts like an a*****e at some time or other. I would disagree that everyone IS an a*****e. My definition of an a*****e is someone who says to every complaint about their behavior (justified or not): "Hey, that's just how I am. Take it or leave it." Not as in, "Dude, you need to dress better," and they respond with, "Hey, you don't like how I dress, that's your problem." That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about, "Hey, you can't just leave me stranded at the mall like that. You said you'd pick me up! You never even called." A*****e: "Hey, something else came up. What do you want from me? I can't be everywhere at once. I'm not going to apologize for not being perfect." A*****e.
If you lend someone £5 (or $5) and you never see them again, it was money well spent.
I always try to be as optimistic as I can. One thing I've learned is to never hold a grudge tho. If you keep a grudge on a loved one and something happens, you can't ever say goodbye. Learned the hard way with a close friend. 😔
“The mystery of life isn't a problem to solve, but a reality to experience.” - Frank Herbert
I tried so hard / And got so far / But in the end / It doesn't even matter 🎶
Toooooooo meeeeeee........., Mama, just killed a man. Put a gun against his head, pulled the trigger now he’s dead.
Nothing really matters, nothing really matters to me................(Any way the wind blows)
The worse is certain : we're all gonna die. So we can as well have fun meanwhile !
"one thing, I don't know why, it doesn't even matter how hard you try, keep that in mind" -In the End by linkin park i think
Nothing really matters, anyone can see. Nothing really matters to me.
This is the truest statement of all. We can struggle to be what we aren't, or be comfortable with who we are, be rich or poor, good or evil, etc.. It all dies in the end and no one give a s**t for more than a few weeks, if that.
They keep telling us this, but it's total b******t. Tell that to paramedics trying to save a soul, tell that to the airline captain responsible for hundreds of people on a single flight, if nothing mattered, nothing will function. If nothing mattered, nobody would have had the desire to create the computer program you made your little cartoon with
So not true! In the end, all the kind things you do MATTER to lots of people.
My wrong turns have made me become who I am today, and I wouldn't change my decisions
Two things. 1) That Tomato seems like a jerk. 2) Someone get that Potts Potato some biryani please.
None of these are very bitter... Some of them are motivational. Not that I’m motivated.
Most people have heard and ignored all these platitudes before. Is hearing them from a potato supposed to make it more inspirational?
I found the whole thing kind of depressing. I'm completely unmotivated now.
Load More Replies...I'd add : if you're going to take advice from someone about how to run your life, make sure they're qualified to give it ; i.e. if you're asking for advice about your marriage choose a counselor whose marriage is working, not someone who's been divorced twice or more and is living alone.
These are spot-on! A lot of life's wisdom. Obviously written by an older person who is a thinker. I found these truths to be a comfort.
