Who Is Lainey Molnar?
According to the web search results, Lainey Molnar's real name is Lainey D. Molnár. She is a Hungarian living in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As social media doesn't reflect reality nowadays, Lainey successfully spreads social messages through her Instagram. Lainey began posting her art on Instagram in October 2019.
Eventually, she stepped away from social media due to persistent online harassment. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she began sharing the signature drawings she became known for. Some were portraits of people like Meghan Markle, Lady Gaga, and Emma Watson. Best known for her comics, Lainey is also a motivational speaker, owning her online course Soul Sister Academy.
Furthermore, a Lainey Molnar meme was created, the Laineyball. It’s an exploitable meme character based on Lainey Molnar. 4chan, the popular image board community, was the platform where it went viral. Laineyball and 4chan users intend to annoy the author by making it more popular than the original comic.

Condoms ARE uncomfortable! I imagine they don't feel too comfortable for a woman either. [Start Dodgy infomercial voice now] That's why you need... LUBE. Simply place a little inside the condom for more comfortability for YOU, and plenty on the outside for your partner. Don't forget to trim your pubes to avoid 'snagging'. LUBE! So from us here at LUBE, we say to you: Don't be a prick, put a condom on your d**k. But make sure you remember, to add some lube your member.
I have a PhD, work full time at a university as as scholar and project manager and also work in a café/bar on weekends (just because I enjoy the company and change of scenery; scholars can be really dull). It*s really amusing how SOME people treat me differently, depending on the context. Helps determine who is cool and who is not. Moral? Always treat others with respect
I'm only 18 but these days it seems hating and disrespecting each other is more common than not, even at my job some people only see me as a mental punching bag for their anger and hate. It can all be so incredibly depressing...
Load More Replies...I have rejected a guy that seemed nice cause during the first date he was horrible to the waitresses! There was no second date but i regret i didn't say the reason
Load More Replies...I have more respect for the one on the right actually. Service jobs are low-key torture and the power the wait-staff has over what I ingest means I'm extra polite.
Only disrespectful people say respect is earned. You only need to disrespect "ONE" not "EVERYONE" to be considered a disrespectful person.
Chick on the right deserves more respect. Likely puts up with more humans (terrible creatures) and makes a lot less $$. But puts on a happy demeanor to make your experience better.
They both deserve respect but that full business suit and coat combo has such style
One night while I was clubing, this guy tried his best to pick me up. He didn't succeed. But, the next day he didn't even recognize me as I waited on him and he acted so entitled, like he wouldn't even wipe his foot on a person like me.
I earned a Sociology/Psychology BA over 4 years and ended up with a really poor job as a Social Worker even though my BA was harder and cost more to get than someone who took a 2 year Social Work course at college. They seemed to get better jobs. I found a job as a cook in a group home and earned more than I would of if I continued the other job. I later found a good position as a Social Worker. People should treat others as they wish to be treated 'I'm A Black Cat'.
The server generally deserves *more* respect for working so damn hard for not enough money to live on, and always having the smile and deal happily with customers. Business lady can just go about doing her business and getting paid
A problem that is amazingly non-gendered. Funny how you're attempting to frame it as a woman's problem when men are treated this way, too. And yes, I am counting the problems women like to think only affect them are are just as equally harmful to men. Why do you ask?
Reminds me of how some people complain, saying there “aren’t enough” female CEOs, astronauts, engineers, and whatnot. But they don’t complain there “aren’t enough” female sewer workers, septic-tank pumpers, garbage collectors, steel-mill workers, crab-fishers, bomb-squad members, and so on.
Load More Replies...Respect is only given if earned. You apporch me all rude and mean, your getting no respect.
I don't think you understand the whole point. No one expects you to be respectful of idiots... Why do ppl keep commenting this weird idea that ppl keep demanding respect for everyone no matter what when no one has asked for this... Just weird reading into something that isn't there at all?
Load More Replies...really thes poeple are just as importent you should not treat them like s**t they are just like us she could of been a docter but she wanted to help poeple in heer own way like at walmart they deserve a tip from evrewon they work hard but all they do is just drive off
le même salaire suffit ! leur respect ils peuvent se le foutre dans leur cul.
Yes. Everyone deserves respect, especially women on the poorer side of things, because even in 2022 it is hard for women to find a job, and even the most powerful women get treated like 💩
I love how the picture says both deserve the same amount of respect which should have been common sense and yet, the comments prove why this need to keep being said...all I see in this section is saying who gets the best or the most respect when that wasn't the point of the picture and just proved why you need sadly a constant reminder to respect both Business and street work. Doesn't just stop there same goes for the city and country working men and women. Going back to the picture, Both are strong women working and might to disbelief love those jobs. To say that a waitress can't enjoy her job and that it can't be a living career has been debunked I have met plenty of waitresses who actually enjoy their work and don't want to do anything else, just like I've met a lot of business women who enjoy their work and don't want to do anything else. we need both and both deserve the respect as human beings and workers.
Why would someone's job or profession determine how much respect they deserve?
Food service workers are not your damn servant, prostitute, therapist, dealer, tour guide, babysitter, drinking buddy, future wife/husband, nurse... Or dog. (Seriously don't whistle or jingle your keys to get their attention) Respect your fellow human beings regardless of their current status in life
You don't deserves respect for being a productive member of society... Respect is garnered by treating others well... I think you put the carriages before your horse with this one.
My rule of thumb is that you get the respect that you give 👌 but I'm guilty of the fact that if I saw these two women IRL I would automatically respect the woman on the left.. I need to work on that!
meh some flashy mad looking ceo who looks like she hates tje world. don't care. person handling my food and drinks. yeah ill respect them, a lot more.
People the picture is stating the inequility, inequity, and undermining going on in the work place when it comes to Black women and White women. White society doesn't want you to know this but believe it or not Black women and women of color tend to have more credentials, education, and experience let alone stamina than the White women in the working/labor industry ( mostly due to always having to prove to a white society that they are good enough and deserve a place in this world). Who only possess a fraction of the traits, skills, quality and creativity Black women/women of color do, yet White women still get paid more and is respected more in the work place than Black women/ women of color. White women also climb the coporate ladder faster because most of them stand on the backs of hard working Black women and other women of color because them being white gives them a leg up no matter what.
I find these generalizations just as troubling as if the race roles were reversed. We don't need to out white women down to stand up as black women. Women are all women. We should stand up for.one another. I don't know where you work but if it's that toxic get another job or take up the fight at your work place. But you can't get mad at a white woman for competing in a work space or consider it discrimination of she succeeds. That doesn't mean she's using a black person to get there. Look I'm a black woman. But prejudice is prejudice. This is prejudice. I don't like prejudice I don't care from who or directed at whom. The entire statement undermines the value of white women, and identifies the character of all women involved by their race. That's wrong. It also completely ignores any other woman of any other race, denies white women any other culture but white and black women any other culture but black. I've had the pleasure of supervising many different types of people. Black isn't just black and white is not just white. I've supervised Black Latinos, White Romanians, Africans, Native Americans, Indians, Saudis, and many many more. All Americans, all different colors. All different struggles and problems. Being racist is being racist. Go ahead and explain to me, a black person, that black people cannot be racist, and we can follow up that conversation with what position of power a Romanian immigrant has ever had over a Black American. Power is relative to the situation. If you're supervising white women and spouting off this nonsense then it's still a problem.

Load More Replies...What’s The Creative Process Behind Lainey Molnar Comics?
The artist told Bored Panda she has a miles-long list of illustration ideas on her phone: “I sometimes literally wake up in the middle of the night to write down new ones, and I grab my phone to make notes at any point when I see something inspiring.”
When she sits down and draws that idea from the list, she finds it resonates with the moment. As Lainey sometimes loves to binge-watch TV shows while drawing, she says: “Still, usually, I like to create an ambiance, like candles, incense, and good music, because I believe the vibes and emotions also go into every artwork.”
Is Lainey Molnar Art Personal?
When asked whether she has any personal favorites from her illustrations, Lainey said it’s the one where she compares “someone with physical health struggles” and “someone with mental health struggles.”
The artist shared that this is because it’s a very personal one. Lainey admits she struggled with her mental health for over 18 years. So, she is the one who knows how complicated it can be living with this invisible illness.
Even though Lainey usually explores female empowerment topics straightforwardly or funnily, the artist also adds, “Still, at the end of the day, we are all simply human beings. I find it crucial to address stigmatized topics because it gives so many of us relief to know that we aren't alone.”
Because looking pretty for that one random guy in the street is every woman ever's purpose, of course /s
The very definition of natural is 'existing in or derived from nature'. Your body is natural until you have an unnatural change. Pregnancy is one of the most natural things there is!
I needed this. I’m short and flat and small for my age. When someone says they’re jealous I always think they are joking.
agreed, i'm average and short, can't find any nice clothes to fit my B cups and big af ass.
And both require a lot of hard work, practicing, and other words that I'm not smart enough to know. (I used to be a ballet dancer and Im assuming about the other one...)
What Motivates Modern Women Like Lainey?
Motivation and creative block are some of the most crucial topics for all modern women, especially artists. Lainey hasn’t had to experience creative block very often. The illustrator claims she simply has too much to say: “In an ideal world, a lot of what I’m communicating would be obvious, but as we’re not there yet, I don't mind processing the same pain points over and over again via a visual medium.”
Lainey is thrilled about the feedback she gets, as she says it’s “overwhelmingly positive.” Of course, that would drive any artist’s self-esteem, right? So, Lainey’s case is also not an exception, as she finds feedback as an endless source of motivation.
I can confirm. After having spent 35 years of insecurity over different aspects of my body, now that I am pregnant and my body is growing another human being, I'm astonished and very very satisfied with my body even though it has changed enormously.
What Influences Lainey’s Art?
Artists like Adam Ellis, Tiny Moron, and Wowocomics inspire Lainey. She says: “They all have very different styles and a very different sense of humor, but I think it always comes down to personality that shines through the art, so there is space for all unique creators to show how they perceive the world.”
Looking at these artists from Lainey’s perspective, she values vision and purpose over technical skills such as anatomy or shading.
What's Up With Lainey Molnar?
One of Lainey’s most significant projects was releasing a book Mating in Captivity: Reconciling the Erotic and the Domestic. As she has worked in publishing and was a blogger for more than a decade, the artist claims herself as a “huge bookworm.” Hence, captions in Laine’s art play an equal role as the illustrations themselves.
Daily, she shares her art with her one million followers on her Instagram. Lainey keeps her comics consistent, exploring the same social topics and keeping an authentic style, as she claims: “I really hope that I can create something magical that will help women be happier and more liberated from societal expectations.”

Reflecting The Modern Womanhood
Lainey Molnar isn't just an artist but a voice of her generation. Suppose you’re looking for your daily dose of motivation. In that case, her feminist motivational quotes reflect the essence of modern womanhood, with all its joys and challenges. This is what makes Lainey’s comics so relatable to millions of women.
I really love this - it makes me feel more comfortable with my body and my lifestyle
Half of me loves the inclusive body positivity. The other half notices this is a much more positive yuppie-dom than I grew up with, but nobody is broke, rural, or old.
....How can you tell nobody is broke or rural? Is it because of what they're wearing? You can find cheap and stylish clothes and people who live in rural areas can wear nice clothes....

In doing my little part to adress societies double standards, I did NOT raise my sons to see femails as trophies or conquest. I know this will sound old fashioned, but I have encouraged them to wait for marriage. I know that isn't going to happen, but it's a good baseline. As for my daughter. At 9 years old she is one belt away from her Black Belt in TKD, and I have been teaching her hand to hand and take down for self defense. I also take time to explain the physical advantages women have in situations. She also does jazz and tap dance. In short I won't have to be one of those dads who threatens her dates. We are raising a strong and confident young woman.
Have you considered treating your children the same regardless of gender?

It's important to note that screens, especially before bed, a bad sleep routine, a lack of physical movement & sunshine, and a bad diet contribute significantly to poor mental and physical health.
After my son was born, I had so many people ask me how I lost the baby weight so quickly. It was actually Grave's disease--an autoimmune disorder that attacks the thyroid and one symptom is unintended weight loss. I went from 130lbs pre-pregnancy (healthy) to 150lbs during pregnancy (also healthy) to 110lbs about 8 weeks post pregnancy (very unhealthy). It was awful.

I’m looking at the comments. That doesn’t mean men aren’t important and have their own issues. Secondly, stop fat shaming and beauty shaming people. That’s just twisted. Third of all, women are just a s capable as man. It would probably be healing for men to age the many mixed messages they get too:) It would be great for men to see this and woman to she the men ones:) Thank you soooooo much for making this:)!
Abuse occurs from all angles. It's not just male on female, as women so wrongly proclaim (which is just a way to deflect from their own disgusting behaviors and attitudes). Abuse from a female is absolutely real, and happens a lot more than people think. I'd say they're actually more mentally abusive than males are overall. These kinds of cartoons ignore facts like that while at the same time try to claim they're about some kind of "equality" thing. Nope. It's about being the same way you claim men are, the actions of which you claim to hate. It's called hypocrisy and double standards.
Notice how you won’t find anything like this about men on the internet to make US feel better. Now I understand that there are many differences but how often men get mental help? We suck it in no matter what. And when we do speak out? No. One. Cares.
