I Mix Paint, Oil, Milk and Liquid Soap To Create Surrealistic Paint Dances

“Memories of Paintings” is an experimental dreamlike video rocking us smoothly through circular moves. The visual compositions have been created out of paint, oil, milk and soap liquid.

I filmed the painting with a Canon 550D camera using macro lens. I poured the milk and paint on a plate, and it’s a drop of dishwasher liquid that animates the painting. The chemical reaction is funny and practical. The small planets are made with paint mixed with rapeseed oil.

I used differently colored acrylic paint to achieve colorful results

These small planet look-a-likes are made when acrylic paint mixes with rapeseed oil

Once upon a time, in a galaxy far, far away... Fantastic! He should take still photos of the effects, rather than a video - enlarged, and properly mounted, I'd buy 'em! Simply beautiful!

Cool art. I agree with Winter. I think Parabo Press would be able to print any stills you take for an amazing poster sized print!

It's beautiful indeed. But I would like to ask, how do you dispose the mixture afterwards? I would really want to know. Thanks!

Great use of this idea! But this presentation is too long and the music is boring. I'd use recognizable classical scores and make each piece about 2 minutes max.
