Even such a sacred festivity as Christmas inevitably gets its fair share of epic fails in design. In fact, this festivity needs so much merchandise and various Christmas ornaments, that it is indeed a very fertile ground for a miss or two. And with Noel just around the corner, we thought we'd get you in the festive Christmas spirit by bringing you this hilarious list of funny fails.
Compiled by Bored Panda, the collection below features a whole host of merry merchandise and Christmas-themed ideas that didn't entirely turn out as expected. We are not sure whose fault these abominable Christmas decorations are, but we don't really care as long as they're hilarious. it's not a Christmas tree, it's never been a tree. It's a modern work by Paul McCarthy at the International Contemporary Art Fair in October 2014
This is not a Christmas decoration! It is a sculpture by artist Paul McCarthy. It's whimsically called "Tree" but it was always meant to be a butt plug. It was put up for an art fair, not around Christmas. It only stood there for a couple days before some people, who were probably offended by it, cut down the cables that supported it.

This is "the tree" by Paul McCarthy during the FIAC in 2014. This "piece of art" was injuried during the first night of her exibition.
