Plastic Surgeon Edits 10 Celebrity Photos To Reveal How Differently They Should Actually Look
It's true that the majority of mature celebrities look quite young for their age. Some of them even look better with age than their younger selves. While having good genes and leading a healthy lifestyle which includes good nutrition, exercising, and avoiding bad habits can have a huge impact on a person's appearance, there's no secret that many famous people have other tricks up their sleeves to keep them looking young as long as possible. One of them is plastic surgery. From facelifts, injections, eyelid surgery, to cheek implants and even facial reconstruction -- there's a vast variety of surgical and non-surgical ways to rejuvenate one's face and body. So when you look at 50-year-old celebrities and compare their looks with yourself or other 'average' people of the same age, the difference may be striking.
While many of the celebrities are not open about the procedures they get, the sharp eye of a plastic surgeon may notice that they haven't aged in a natural way. To reveal the power of his craft, a surgeon from London, Dr. Julian De Silva, decided to demonstrate how some of the famous women would look if they had aged without the help of doctors like himself. The surgeon uses Future Face software to analyze the photos of celebrities in their 20's and 30's and predicts how their faces should change at the age of 50. It's clear that some of these celebrities look nothing like their predicted faces. Scroll below to see the results for yourself!

Nicole Kidman
Salma Hayek
Kylie Minogue
Kylie Minogue has no need for surgery. Every gay guy gives up one year of his life in her favour so we can keep her forever.
Amanda Holden
Makeup does wonders to a person's looks. I don't think it's all plastic surgery, some but not all.
Catherine Zeta-Jones
Cate Blanchett
That "predicted" foto looks like a 60 years old, beautiful, well aged woman. Not 50.
Renée Zellweger
Jennifer Lopez
This predicted face is nonsense. My aunt is 83 and looks like this predicted 50!
Jennifer Aniston
1. Why is this considered as interesting content? 2. Shall we stop judging women by their looks at once? "Looks like this... should be looking like that..." she shouldn't anything. Thank you.
This rubs me the wrong way. What is the purpose of this article? To "expose" these celebrities? Toxicity like this is the reason so many people, particularly women, feel pressure to get plastic surgery in the first place. Plastic surgery is a choice, just as much as it's a choice not to get plastic surgery. Let people do what they want with their bodies.
All the "predicted ones" look so much older than 50. I would take this with a pound of salt. Plus some people just age better - at 30+ my mom was often mistaken for my sister. She just turned 50 and she looks almost as good (a few more wrinkles maybe) as the women in the "polished" photos without having had any surgery.
So only women then? Do men not age as well. Shock! Horror! Women get older with each year. Stupid Boredpanda page. Do better Pandas.
This does not look realistic at all. People do not age in same way. He just added some wrinkles and distorted face features a bit. Aging does not do that and it looks different on every person depending on many factors. So this digital aging makes no sense except for fun. Also, most people's cheeks drop slightly in 40s and mouth can be lower than it was. Eyes and lips can appear smaller. But here it looks like every woman aged exactly the same way.
I think this plastic surgeon was a little over the top! I just turned 60 and I don't have any of those eye wrinkles, etc. I think he's just trying to scare people into early and frequent plastic surgery.
This is really unethical thing. It seems like this doctor is trying to promote his services but at the same time he is mocking female celebrities for undergoing plastic procedures.
So you post a plastic surgeon's stupid attempt at frightening women of growing old, claiming that they will all look like 55 or 60 by the time they reach 50 unless they pay many thousands for unnecessary surgery. SHAME on you BP for this one!
Absolute rubbish, I can predict all kinds of stuff and that is all it is, why only women though? Don't men age as well or can't afford plastic surgery after paying for their wives?
This article appears to bean advert for good cosmetic surgery...
You are exemplefying no the age of 50 but rather 60 years old. So it does not count, at least not for me.
Of course there's nothing "natural" in the way these women age (or rather, don't age). If you have money, time and resources you can look after yourself so much better than most people! Plenty of time off, amazing holidays, healthy food prepped just for you, private fitness trainer, expensive creams and treatments... including more or less invasive plastic surgeries. They look great, every woman would like to look younger than she really is. But it's only for "the chosen ones", which is sad and not fair :/
