Japanese Man Creates Anti-Cat Keyboard Protection, Tests It On His Cat
Cats love being the center of dear owner’s attention, and will often go to great lengths to ensure they get it. However, they face competition against the phones and computers with which we interact with increasing frequency, and so they fight back in the only way they know how. Plonking themselves down, directly on that damn keyboard!
What to do in this case? Well, the best answer would be to get off the net and hang out with your feline friend. But, as we all know, work must be done and sometimes that just isn’t an option. So this cat lover from Japan started a viral Twitter thread about how to protect your PC from furry interlopers, while still keeping them content and entertained at the same time. Turns out that this is a very popular subject! Scroll down below to check it out for yourself, and let us know what you think in the comments!

Any such act described in above post will be considered as defiance and you will marked as traitor of cat dynasty and will be doomed forever! May CAT bless you! Amen!

I put a box next to my computer and laptop. Cat loves it. When he's being a bad boy I put bird videos on the wall mounted TV.
Also "If not for sits, why is it made of warm?" and if it's in the way of human so (s)he must pay attention to me, I sits.
Load More Replies...I've found picking my cat up off the keyboard works pretty good. Occasionally if I'm feeling evil I'll go to the kitchen and run the can opener. There's usually a payback for that one though.
I love how cats always look somewhere else, playing it cool, jut not make eye contact and think nobody will make them leave :D
If the barrier is easy to remove then the cat will remove it. If it is difficult to remove then the cat will shred it.
Yeah, it'll be removed and put on the floor at night. Great for bare feet.

I’m confused. Is this a joke? Or will leaving it on your keyboard when you aren’t using train the cat not to step on keyboard when you are using? Because clearly, you couldn’t type with this contraption on your keyboard.
If you can't cope with cat "distractions" why just NOT have a cat. I don't like picking up dog s**t so I don't have a dog. You can't have an animal and only pick the best bits
Hoomin must be punished for such insolence. Vomit in favorite shoe should teach him.
Here's another idea..put the computer in a room with a door. Close said door making sure the cat is outside the room when the door is closed. If you leave the room, close the door behind you to make sure they leave your computer alone. The only other solution...get a dog. Dogs don't do this kind of c**p....
thup, thup, thup. "Meow" thup, thup, thup. "Meow" thup, thup, thup...

They LOVE you and want to be near you while you are absorbed in your gadget. Or, it's a warm place to sit. Or both.
A tip: teach your cat: no. My cat proves that this is possible ^^ ofc hes no.dog but after second no he reacts. Depending on my tone saying it, he react at least after the 2nd time saying "no" ^^ he also knows: come here (depending on sound), no, what do you want ?? And wait :) cats dont have to be a******s ;)
give them love and they will not anoying you. When I am behind my PC, I take my cat on my lap, and that way she don't miss my contact
I too have developed a cat barrier system. It's called a door. It's pretty simple. Keep the cats out of the room that you don't want them in.
How could you ever do that though?! Nope, I don't believe you own a real cat. 1) They're adorable and win over your heart. 2) They are smart enough to open doors...
