I Created Foam Wigs And Shot At An Empty Carnival To Create This Colorful Carnival Photoshoot

It's no secret — I love color. I love carnivals. I love all things happy. So I decided, with just a week to spare, that I wanted to create an over-the-top carnival shoot. I wanted colorful dresses and to make it super unique — I wanted to make foam wigs. So I ordered foam and I created these doll-like wigs with my sister to match the dresses.

On the day of the shoot, there was an 18 % chance of rain. But as soon as we parked for the carnival, the sky opened up and washed out the fun. Except, it also washed out the people. For almost an hour, we had the whole carnival to ourselves.

A girl I went to high school with owns a few rides at the carnival and set us up with permission to shoot on the rides. How lucky were we? So we hopped on the rides and games and with big smiles and snaps, we created this Carnival Dolls Photoshoot.
