As we've already established earlier, when it comes to decorating desserts, the sky is the limit... From galaxy sweets to Geode sweets to Rubik's cakes - we've seen pastry chefs create it all, and Atelier Soo is no exception.
The Seoul-based pastry chef delicately sculpts edible floral bouquets that look truly too pretty to eat. With beautiful petals and exquisite arrangements, all of her creations look so much like flower bouquets, you could barely even tell they're actually buttercream cakes. Keep on scrolling to check them out and don't forget to vote for your favorites.

Cakes for the gods! we mortals are blessed to even gaze at such divine masterpiece :)
Why is this one so far down? I think I'm revising my 2nd favorite!
I can just picture this as the top tier in a magnificent wedding cake.
Finally, there's a good inside view of one cut open, the clematis design. Layer cake — no surprises, other than the color.
I loved all the cakes but a cup cake is all I think that I would eat because I could same the top.
Holy balls these things are beautifully done. My eyes teared up scrolling through them, which is somewhat odd, but whatever. These things are works of art.
I can see that being done with fondant but how in the world are you able to do that with buttercream I I bake and a lot too I have made some pretty amazing things out of fondant but at a buttercream I can't even get a flower to work
They're definitely beautiful. I on the other hand really want a slice. I'm dying for one.
I would stare at these beautiful works of art for a solid 5mins and then gobble them down with enthusiasm. :)
Exquisite works of art, craftsmanship to a degree of sophistication that is beyond comprehension to the untrained eye. Sadly, people most often do not or CAN not appreciate the level of extravagance and the pure unadulterated artistic endeavor such pieces entail.
These look absolutely stunning, but I bet I'd get sick eating the flowers whether it is buttercream or fondant.
We have a bakery named Servattii here in the Cincinnati OH area that does similar cakes. They are called basket weave and the entire top of the cake is covered with flowers and petals. The sides of the cake resemble basket weaves and they make a handle out of marzipan to lay on top of the cake. They do ask for at least 24-48 hours before your occasion to bake and ice the cake. The cakes are very beautiful and Servattii uses the colors you want. The autumn and Christmas cakes are gorgeous!

The cake sides are iced to look like baskets, the top of the cake is full of flowers and petals plus they have a handle made out of marzipan resting on the top with your message. Pricey but well worth the cost, they are a beautiful work of art.
