Heather McManamy is sending you a letter from her grave. This great mom was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2013. Now, at the age of 36, she passed away. But before that, she entrusted her husband Jeff with a letter he was to (and did) post on her Facebook.
Speaking from beyond the veil, Heather asks people to tell her daughter about her love (and maybe exaggerate stories of her coolness a little). But most of all, Heather asks us all to appreciate every day we have and take all we can from the fragile journey of life.
