Sometime u need to be quiet, like hushing a baby, this would be helpful. But prevent a sneeze is not stimulated, may harmful

You only put the sneeze on hold. I do this exercises every time I have to sneeze when I really shouldn't.

If you are somewhere where you need to be silent, to prevent a sneeze, press the top of your lip just beneath your nose. Trust me this works

A better explanation would be, to put your thumb in your mouth and blow. As if you were blowing up a balloon. It's the bearing down that slows your heart rate.
