In most non-US countries 1$ is considered a quite decent tip for a delivery. I mean... it's not really complicated or offers much room for service. Food gets picked up at A and brought to B. What exactly is there in that transaction that could possibly merit a large tip? (Okay, long stairs might be a valid reason)
