Trusting a photographer with your wedding photos is a huge risk. You're not entirely sure if the pictures will satisfy your eye, and there's no way of redoing them. That's where Fearless Awards comes in, a site dedicated to celebrating the best wedding photographers from around the world whose stunning pictures would please even the pickiest soon-to-weds.

Fearless Awards is a curated photography contest which unveils a carefully-chosen collection of top-class wedding photos every two months. Less than 3% of the amazing photos submitted are selected by a panel of experienced and acclaimed judges who search the submissions for works that aren't afraid to push the limits of professional wedding photography. Bored Panda has compiled a list of some of the best photos Fearless Awards has to offer in 2017 so far, and the result is stunning. From a little girl passed-out on the altar to a dog taking a dump on the aisle, these beautiful photos perfectly capture the little moments that make a ceremony memorable. Scroll down for the best wedding photos and upvote your favorite ones!

Thanks for all the heartfelt comments. I am the woman in the picture. It was a rough year to be diagnosed with breast cancer and undergo chemotherapy right before my beautiful daughter's wedding. When I was getting ready with the girls in the wedding and they were all there watching me it was just very emotional. I am doing great now and living every day to the fullest and I am thankful for each one.

This is so sweet. This reminds me of my brother's wedding. Our great-grandfather was in his 90s and unable to attend. After the reception the immediate family met at his home where he lived with his one daughter. I had been given a camera with a timer and we used it to take family pictures and include him in the day. It was good we did all of this as we lost him less than two years later. Only 6 months or so before the wedding we had rented a video camera to record my college graduation for him and some other relatives. At this time the cameras were still so expensive few people owned them and something like a live stream (how I had watched my brother's son graduate) didn't exist even in Science Fiction yet. Just yesterday I read an article on how to include family that are unable to attend your wedding. What a coincidence. If only more knew how much it meant to the elderly more would do it.

This picture reminds me of saying - A person is judged by who he remembers when he/she is most happy, not when he is sad or in agony.

I cried at a wedding too. I was Best Man for my friend Steve. Why did I cry? Because my own marriage had disintegrated, and my optimism dashed. Yet I was there for them. (They're still together.)

Time does not fade the classics. She may have wrinkles on her face, but her dress is perfect. True beauty is in elegance.
