Guy From The Philippines Throws His Siblings And Cousins A Low Budget Photoshoot, And The Results Look Amazing
Cijan Cimagala from the Philippines has proved that you don't need expensive gear to produce beautiful pictures. The resourceful photography enthusiast threw a low budget photoshoot using only ordinary household items, and got such amazing images, they're going viral all over the Internet.
To show just how much Cijan has achieved with the limited resources he had, we've decided to present his pictures along with behind-the-scenes shots of the whole process. Let this be a reminder to you all: stop making excuses. Look for opportunities.

"I got interested in photography when I was 14 years old," Cijan told Bored Panda. "To this day, I love taking pictures even though I don't have a quality camera and the one on my phone isn't so good, too."
He uses the Oppo A3s, a 2018 phone with a dual lens (13 MP, f/2.2 and 2 MP, f/2.4) camera.
The models in the photos are Cijan's siblings and cousins. "Creating our low budget photoshoot, we worked only inside our home, so I struggled a bit with lighting. I had to improvise solutions since I don't have any photography equipment."
The crafty fella edited the photos on his phone as well. "I used PicsArt and Lightroom apps because they're free on the Google Play store," Cijan said, adding that he doesn't have a computer where post-production would be easier. Just imagine what he could achieve with a proper setup.
He is really talented.. Imagine if he had better sources what he could do..
It blows my mind trying to figure out how the photographer does this!
Why is Melody's comment hidden? Deny reality all you like, but these LITTLE girls are being turned into women in this photos.
I may pass for a prude, but even if the technique is impressive, there's some of those that are a bit unsettling. Children posing as sexy grown up women is not OK in my book...
Lol at the people criticizing about the children in so-called "seductive" poses. It's the Philippines, for crying out loud. These kids live in rural areas, they're just having some light hearted fun doing all these poses. The last thing on their minds is thinking that what they're doing is anything but sexual. Go travel to these places and meet these kids before you go brandishing your moral high ground.
And i think you underestimate the reach of social media and the technological awareness of people in rural region of countries as Philippines. I travelled in a lot of South Asian countries, and in South America and even in remote villages you can see (pre-)teen using their smartphones to take selfies and such. Saying "they don't know better" is a litte bit condescending...
Load More Replies...Using just a regular smartphone camera and other editing software and limited available resources!?Give the guy some training ,opportunity, equipment ,he will nail it.Keep working!
These had a lot of potential but they ended up over-edited and over-blurred. Such a shame.
I have a VERY strong feeling he wont stay unknown for long! And, he will have better equipment as a result!) Good luck to you young man! You are incredibly talented!
