Angry Bear Starts Chasing Mountain Bikers In Frightening Helmet Cam Footage
When YouTuber Dusan Vinžík was mountain biking in the woods with his buddy, the man couldn’t believe his eyes when an aggressive looking bear appeared out of nowhere and started chasing his friend. All of this happened in Malinô Brdo in Slovakia. Vinžík started screaming his lungs out to alert his buddy of the danger.
Luckily, the bear disappeared after cutting off the trail. We also see that the biker whom the animal was after stops, which was probably a good thing as the path in front of him had a switchback and could have lead him to the bear.
It’s not clear what made the beast run away – perhaps it was Vinžík’s screams that frightened the animal. One thing for sure, it was a ride to remember!

Share on FacebookThe bear is not attacking the riders. The bear is spooked by the noise and/or speed of the riders - probably didn't see them coming - and is trying to escape. The bear unfortunately chose a bad direction and ends up running towards the trail but you can see that it is turning to the right as it realizes the mistake. BP, this is fake sensational and clickbait news. A bear is a wild animal, with wild animal reactions. That bear had no intention of attacking anyone and definitely was not going to eat that rider. Both riders stop very shortly after the incident, if the bear had truly been charging, they would not have - trust me, I've lived around bears for many years. The bear wanted to go away.
To paraphrase a famous line from an old movie, "Bike, don't fail me now!"
I don't follow fan magazines or Hollywood news so I don't understand; is DeCaprio biker number one, biker number two, or the bear?
Load More Replies...Bears don't see well and they're not exactly nature's intellectual bright lights. They see threats in things that can't possibly be scary to them because of that. I've seen a bear charge a couple of rabbits, just because they were moving fast and it saw them out of the corner of its (really nearsighted) eye. They're generally the biggest critter in the woods, so they count on that when they attack things. Sadly, they can really move and they will hurt you if they get too close.
A bear attack is the worst kind of wild animal attack, IMO. Unlike large cats, they don't kill before eating. They just grab and rip tissue anywhere they can. Never go into the wild without bear spray and knowledge of what to do and not to do. I like all animals, but we have to realize we're no match for them, physically. I'm gald this bear ran away. Good for the bikers and the bear.
