This Artist Turned Barbie Dolls Into Drag Queens From RuPaul’s Drag Race
Barbie is the nickname of Barbara Millicent Roberts, daughter of the creator of the doll. If she was a woman of 1.68 m, she would have 50 cm of waist, 69 of bust and 73 of hip.
More than 70 haute couture designers have created clothes for her, including Gucci, Versace and Armani. More than 95 million meters of fabric has been used to make clothes. And the numbers are high in accessories: Barbie has already had more than 1 billion pairs of shoes and diamond jewelry valued at $600 thousand by Australian jeweler Stefano Canturi.
Artists are also inspired by this doll and one of them is Mark Jonathan that enchants his fans with dolls transformed into fabulous contestants of RuPaul’s Drag Race, an American reality competition television series.

Share on Facebookit would be better I think but usually ken dolls have molded hair so it probably would be much more difficult to re-root the hair :/
Load More Replies...I think the fist one is Valentina and the last one is kimchee... just guessing.
Wish it had which queens it was. These are fabulous! Don't let anyone tell you different!
The creator of this gotta give the Trixie one to Trixie, that would be so cute. Give the ultimate barbie doll the ultimate barbie doll!!
They're amazing! Pay no attention to the naysayers. They seem to like boring things.
There should be Dragg dolls. All the more variety of dolls there are, a bigger percentage of kids will see how toy companies are open to individuality
After just being at 'la cage aux folles' I think they look amazing :-) ;-)
Hidreley, it's an amazing work you've done there! I know that not everyone has seen RPDR, and I think people missing the point is the reason of such nasty reaction. Most enjoy familiarity. I think you've captured Violet, Valentina and Trixie wonderfully. Raven is my absolute personal favourite here =)
Hate Valentina. Lol. She makes a great doll though...just like her performances...plastic and dead inside. I saw her three times and all three times she sucked and is full of herself. #byequeen
As of we needed a reason to make Barbie look even more disgustingly feminine... disgusting.
I-... do you know Drag Queens are men dressed up as overexaggerated women? Hahahahahahahahh you just gave them a compliment!

Load More Replies...THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I THOUGHT! Artistry aside, they are too creepy.
