I have seen some ultra-realistic mannequins in a local store: their face, eyes, hair, everything is so eerie and uncanny; those creep me out.

That doesn't even show off the underwear well. The primary purpose of a mannequin is to make clothes look attractive when worn to encourage sales, even if the mannequin is stylised. I have no idea what the purpose of this is.
