Stray Dog Leads Partying Bachelor Guys To Her 7 Newborns, They Adopt Them All
Mitchel Craddock and his friends were celebrating his bachelor party at a Tennessee cabin in the woods, when a stray dog showed up at the front door. Clearly, the pooch was tempted by the smell of bacon. Men could see that it was a malnourished female dog who recently had puppies and was so food-deprived, she was running out of milk. They named the friendly dog Annie, and followed her to the woods, where they found… a litter of seven pups, covered in dirt and fleas, hiding in a hole in the ground!
The rest of the weekend became all about the puppies for those at the bachelor party. The guys washed the puppies, put their beer fund towards dog food, and their hearts just melted.
There were 8 men, and 8 dogs (one mom and 7 babies), and all the men decided to adopt a dog each! ”You can hardly say it was even a decision to adopt them, we just kinda knew what we had to,” Craddock told Bored Panda. ”And yes – most of us already had dogs.”
Now Annie, the mum, and Knox, Bear, Daisy, Gunner, Brimmy, Finn, and Rose, the pups, have loving homes and live with the Craddock and his friends within a five-mile radius.
