I call b.s. Clearly, that is NOT a bathroom door. How can it be? By public building codes, especially for schools, there must be a sign that can be visually seen that states this is a bathroom, for women, also, it has to be in Braille on the sign. There is nothing to indicate this is a bathroom at all. And if this IS a teacher who wrote the caption, he sure didn't do well in grammar!
