Congratulations and proud of you. I have a neighborhood teenagers going down wrong path and just got 5 felonies and 3 misdemeanor in one day. He had a case right before that he didn’t even go to court for yet. I am happy to hear that he has a chance to be able to do that with what you wrote. I can show him that it’s not impossible. Plus it's a full time job instead of part time hours, and the position is permanent!! My partner is in a part time hours, but full time position too!! So no more worrying about loosing a job ect !!
I purely understand how this dude feels. I was out of work for about 5 months from being a school cleaner.... and right now I have upgraded to an office cleaner, only 40mins from where I live via a bus, and the pay is significantly better. I also have a 2 storey home, and engaged with a loving partner, my partner also has a job. I pushed myself, put myself out there even with being on medication for severe anxiety and depression, and made it. Keep fighting the good fight, and chase your dreams .... saying that I am living the dream is an understandment !! Congrats bro in the picture!! Keep chugging on !! But in case you missed it, r/Awesome is a lovely part of Reddit (a social news aggregation, content rating, and discussion website) that is dedicated to all things awesome.
No, seriously, there are effectively very few limitations as to what you can find there. The description says that it is a subreddit “for everything that is awesome!” and the only rule the moderators are asking folks to follow (apart from the technical no gore, no smut, and no screenshots requirement) is to post “things that are incredibly rare or cool, not some ordinary cats, chicken, scenery, drawings or t-shirts etc., they are not awesome…”
Sure, you can argue with the chicken part, but the content is ultimately up to the users to judge. More or less.
