Yes, but I have to think that it was done that way to send a message... that some books (knowledge) are always going to be inaccessible to most of China's citizens.

Not kidding, but in Norway some rightwing idiots had the opposite thought and massively complained about a bus being chockfull with women wearing a Burka - when it was in fact just the seats. Of course, they plastered it all over the internet where it was picked up and shared by many other idiots.
