Sadly I have to approve the "mainly water" point. There is a huge difference when I buy and cook chicken from the supermarket. During cooking it realaese a lots of water, I could just easily boil that meat in it. When I buy meat from the local store, or from private houses it still realeses water, but compared to the meat from the supermarket, it's much less. A quarter of it. There is a difference, but maybe it depends on the country too

In my opinion "health care system hates men" is a little bit misleading. tbh men in my country don't really give a flying fuck about their health. They visit the doctor only when it's too late - respect for the exceptions! Education system hates men : usually girls get better grades because joy and fun for boys studying is for girls. At the first few grades they don't expect them to have good grades, because "it's OK they are boys" after that they say "boys are lazy, they don't like to study" so basically I would not say these systems hate men, it is the fault of overall society to treat them like "boys are bad mmkay?" if we could accept that boys can study too, and if we don't pair up toughness with neglecting our own health the situation would be much better.
