I’ve spent 1 and a half years working on my mental health. I’m probably safe, and I have a therapist. I’ve learned that gratitude for any little thing I can think of keeps my depression at bay. He outnoped me before I could even nope out, but at least, I didn't cave myself into that toxic hellhole...
