This is complete BS. My wife who's white had to ask a Walmart employee just last week to unlock a particular mascara that she wanted. And yes, the baby formula and razor blades are locked up too. And so are condoms. At least in our area. Walmart is not going to spend money on extra security for items just so they can be racist. They secure the things that are easily stolen the most. End of story.

She looks very offputting. humans, like many creatures strive to be more attractive to the opposite sex. Its natural and promotes the proliferation of our species. She is not maintaining her eyebrows and mustache to rage against modern beauty standards, she is probably doing it because she enjoys the attention she gets for her "bravery" yet she wears make up, has earrings, probably wears nice dresses on occasion, maybe carries a nice purse. All things that people subconsciously or consciously do to appeal to societal beauty standards. Its nature and there is nothing wrong with it.

Try being in prison in any other country but those in Scandinavia. Lol. And yes, prison is tough, why? Because it’s meant to be. If it was all nice, people would care even less about committing crime. And as for how you’re treated by others, that’s called humans without political correctness and protection from the govt. That’s true savage humanity. And the crime rate is super low in places like Finland, because it’s a homogenous society, and they also don’t allow guns. You know where else doesn’t have a lot of crime? China. Why? They are tougher on crime than anywhere else in the world. I’m glad our prisons suck. People should have to have their tax dollars fund a cozy life for the people that victimized them.

"This is just unacceptable" "Nutritious food is a basic human right!". You're absolutely correct. Nutritious food IS a basic human right, not delicious food. The food that is provided to prisoners is protected by law to meet at least the minimum nutritional requirements for human beings. They also have to cater to vegetarians, those with special dietary needs and those with food allergies. If it's gross and you don't like it, that's on you. You're a criminal and a prisoner and quite frankly I don't care if you don't like the food. That's what commissary is for.

What you see online is what they want you to take. That's easy bait for them. Calling in and actually talking to a person will usually get you a better deal.

"Redefine beauty standards" usually means showing how normal people are beautiful too, not just models, without the need for makeup, photoshop, elaborate costumes and sets. This goes exactly the other way. These are perfect kids, perfect faces, perfect weight, perfect skin, perfect makeup, etc. They are absolutely stunning, no doubt, but his isn't 'empowering black beauty' in my book. This is 'empowering perfect people in perfect circumstances who happen to have dark skin'.

I’m Gen X. I’ve worked with only a couple of Millennials who fit the lazy description. They didn’t last long in the position and griped like mad when they lost the job on account of their behavior. They were far and away in the minority but they were terribly vocal and their actions cast a bad light on their cohort. Those that worked hard (ie most of them) were quiet about it. They didn’t need any accolades. *Edited to add - that lazy descriptor is generationless but tends to get chucked at whoever is perceived as the young’ns. My grandparents had that view of many kids in my generation.

Do millennials think they're the first generation to be blamed and criticized? I'm pretty sure this has been happening forever. Even baby boomers were raked over the coals by the silents from the early 1900's. Prior generations just didn't have a social platform to b*tch about it. And no, I'm not a "boomer". I'm a gen x'er born in the 70's. I myself don't have an issue with millenials - it's the Gen Z or iGen generation that always make me scratch my head.

Rissie - yes, I clearly have zero experience. I'm a father of two amazing children. I held both of them up to my wife's breast so she could feed them due to her carpal tunnel. I changed diapers. I sang my children to sleep. I fed them, changed them, played with them, taught them and nurtured them. I've shared every up and down they've ever had together with them. I coach their sports teams, I support endless dance recitals and cheer competitions, I help them with their homework and I'm the treasurer on the PTA of their school. So NO, I will NOT "sit down and shut up". Apparently that's all worthless because I wasn't born with a uterus. I was just the donor, right?
