Hey Pandas, Why Do You Think Your First Love Failed?
It didn't. A relationship ending doesn't mean failure. I loved them, they loved me, we both grew, we moved on... Young love & relationships are the perfect opportunity to learn more about yourself, the world and relationships in general. If you grew, you succeeded, not failed. My first love and I were friends for years after we broke up - time and space eventually divided us for good - and we both went on to find love elsewhere. Just stay and observe myself and how I feel. Try to describe these feelings. To see where they come from. Acknowledge that it is absolutely ok to be sad and lonely from time to time. Avoid putting pressure on myself to be "positive and happy" (that's very toxic). Understand and accept myself with the sadness and loneliness too, not only with happiness and optimism, because all of these together made me into who I am.Hey Pandas, What Do You Do When You're Alone And Sad?
