Compare the media wording when it comes to child sexual abuse. Man rapes a girl, it's rightfully referred to as rape. But a woman rapes a boy? It's just sex. No crime here. "Teacher has sex with her five year old student." Hell, one little boy was even sued for child support after his rapist fell pregnant.

My cousin is half white, half black. When he got married to his fully black wife it was her family that had more problems with accepting him. His white part of the family not at all. I guess you'll find some sort of discrimination in all cultures, races and different income classes. Even intelligence doesn't spare humans from being racist :-(

I will also copy what I said in other comment about how sometimes there is systemic discrimination against whites. ... The problem is when people assume that all whites are privileged solely because of their skin colour. I had many people online denying my experiences with xenophobia as a white migrant. It is actually legal in the country where i live to discriminate against white migrants because they have rules against racism but not for xenophobia. We reported two public employees for being horrible (one took my id away and didnt want to give it back until somebody intervened and the other was a bus driver that kidnaped for 4 bus stops not letting me go). The antidiscrimination office said that if its not racism, religious or sexuality discrimination that its not punisable. So it doesnt matter how badly people treats me (like the social worker who threatened me with deportation for asking for help about my disabilities) that nobody will care.

Opression is not the same as discrimination. Even if there is no systemic discrimination against a group others can be discriminating against them. Like I said in the comments. A ex coworker of my partner is from congo and he would say how "white bitches are good for f*****g but you need to marry a black woman to keep the race pure". Is he opressing white women? No. But he is certainly racist.
