This is a fake article. These dogs are guests, their owners paid 75 USD non-refundable deposit to have them there (check out the advertised site or just read the Insta pictures tags). BP is messing with everyone for a long time. Also the article never said that the hotel is in Mississippi. The shelter is in Mississippi (if it exists), the chain has hundreds of hotels.

The accommodation is available with dogs, the non-refundable deposit is 75 USD. The pictures have different tags, they are just probably stolen from Instagram. The article says: "Running since October 2018, it brings shelter dogs from the Humane Society of South Mississippi to the hotel's lobby and offers guests the chance to foster the adorable pets in their rooms while they're staying at the facility." It never said the hotel is in Mississippi. But the shelter is where the dogs come from. But! The hotel's home page doesn't mention anything about this program. The accommodation is available with dogs, the deposit is 75 USD. The chain has hundreds of hotels.

I agree. The MOUNTAINS are NOT in Mississippi or even South Carolina, and there are too many designer dogs on here that would not need fostering. My guess - this is a promo link for the hotel chain.

As an atheist I can get down with a lot of the positive messages that Christianity teaches even if I dont believe the literal interpretation. I get the meaning. It is so sad that many Christians especially American ones dont understand there own book and the teachings of their own lord. The so called Christians that condemn this are the exact ones that bring shame on all Christians, is Christianity indeed all religion supposed to be a bout love ,tolerance and forgiveness of all? yet they subvert their own religion for a twisted view. There is no difference between a hateful Christian who wishes death on another for their sexuality or a Muslim that conducts murderous acts in the name of the prophet. I know many religious people of all faiths and they are good people. Maybe the hateful ones need to look at themselves. And yes I an ready for death threats because weak people cant stand a view point they dont like but they just prove themselves to be weak.

It's strange how everyone's talking about how offensive this might be and how "anti-god", but none of those people seem to get the message, which is more Christian than most of those people as it seems. Usually people pick those parts from the Bible which suits their narrow-minded views, ignoring other parts which are equally important. Like altruism and how to treat god’s creatures. I can only applaud the senior minister for being brave, although she must have known that those people from yesterday will give her a hard time. She's the true Christian here. Sadly, those people will never see that, as they are caged in their world and their beliefs.

I have mixed feelings. I left the Catholic Church when I was 19 because the priest was saying that who doesn't vote for Mr. Orbán (who established a new dictatorship in Hungary during the past few years) is not a faithful Christian. I already had negative feelings towards the Church (not the religion), but this was more that I could handle. No politics in the church is acceptable by me. On the other hand this nativity scene is talking about a very important, originally truly Catholic principle: unconditional love and help, humanity. So I am confused a bit what to feel, but the main message is great. The hateful comments of the bigot "believers" always convince me how good was my choice of leaving institutionalized church. Be peaceful, be kind. It's the most simple rule to follow.

Once a warehouse worker of one of the biggest food chain company in Europe told me (in the store), that I shouldn't buy any frozen products or bakery. "It wouldn't be good for your health" he said. Then he added that the frozen products are usually left under the sun for days, then were re-frozen. Meanwhile the baked products are usually touched by rats after they were sorted out.

We have Milk-automata here in Czech Republic, also I saw them in Slovenia (Central-Europe). It works fine and the milk comes from the regional providers. You can use your own bottle, put to the machine that fills it. It's absolutely fine. Although I don't purchase much milk (once in a half a year), I love this solution.

It's a nice step. But if you spend once 1-2 hours of research you realize, you don't need these products. At all. I do my laundry without any of these brands. Since I use only washing soda (packaged in paper), vinegar (we buy it in our own container in a zero waste shop) and some essence oils, not just my plastic use decreased, but my eczema is much better. I am happy to see the brands trying, but if someone uses his/her brain, there are even better and much cheaper solutions. It's the same with cleaning, dishes etc.
