I've seen a small bit of the world, and I'm truly baffled about how 'unknown' Angkor Wat is. The engineering is mind blowing tack sharp (thinks solid huge building rocks with razor sharp straight lines) and utterly beautiful. Since then, little compares to these structures. (Although, Bagan, Yucatan and Guatemala have impressive buildings too! <3 )

The only species of sea turtle that will willingly go on the shore are green sea turtles. Judging on that those don't look like green sea turtles and that they're cold-stunned, and they're in a new place, There are no Factors that would cause them to be wandering around.

The first list of the Wonders of the World was made 2000 years ago by Antipater of Sidon. He chose marvels of engineering or gardening, all within reach of the Mediterranean; only one of the original still stand (The Great Pyramids). Since then, they've tried making more, but the qualifications are nebulous, especially now. We KNOW how most of the marvels of architecture are built. Why is Christ the Redeemer statue on the most current list while Angkor Wat isn't? Wifi access. Seriously. The most recent one, 'New 7 Wonders,' was voted on by 100 million people. Naturally, nationalistic and/or religious people voted multiple times to get their numbers up. Easter Island should be on that list, too, but the island has a distinct lack of internet access. For me, I think a WW should invoke a sense of history - a serious chapter in human history- and not a little bit of magic and wonder. We should feel inspired before it, and sorry to leave it.

WOW! How is this not on some list of world wonders... Then again, neither is Angkor Wat in Cambodia which is truly special and exquisite, but Christ the Redeemer in Brazil is, no idea why? It's a relative modern statue. (And off rant.)

Try it yourself? It helps if the eggs are 'controlled'/very fresh. If hesitant to boil, you van use a frying pan (bit of butter/oil), and keep watching. So you can time it more easily. 'Flatten' out the (egg)white as much as possible (so it thickens quickly), flip a side over the yellow/yolk, (helps a soft warming of the egg yellow/yolk, than slide it all onto a white bun/toast. (My fave!). Flavour closely resembles soft boiled, but I like the visual confirmation when it's ready.
