Being a bully is not a "severe mental illness" (in almost all cases, anyway). It's kind of insulting to people who actually have mental illnesses to equate them like that. Bullying is a choice, one that bullies may make as a consequences of challenges in their own upbringing that harmed them, but mental illnesses aren't choices.

Yeah it was pretty standard at my university. There was one course in particular that has quite difficult assignments during the weeks so that was quite stressful, but the exams themselves were much less difficult. Getting the previous 6 years of exam papers it was possible to see how the questions were rotated through, so I could predict what was going to be in the final exam, and my predictions for the largest chunks were correct. Other courses had almost entirely fresh exams each year. The past exams were just in the library and not a secret or hard to get to.

Yes and in this instance, it is likely they subconsciously picked up on some subtle vibrations or movements of the kayaks, or perhaps just the visibility of the lashings, that led them to the correct conclusion - this bastard hasn't properly secured their load. People underestimate wind drag and road vibrations all the time.

That doesn't sound like your eyes physically changing colour. That sounds like other humans have different perception of your eye colour depending on what you're wearing. Those aren't the same thing. I think of this were genuinely true, that some humans could change their eye colour *at will*, there would be video proof of this happening, and still frames could be taken from the video and the colour of the iris could be assessed for differences in hue in each frame.

I never follow any car, truck or anything that has something that could fall off. If I get behind a vehicle that does, I change lanes. Such a simple thing can save a LOT of aggravation, with minimal effort.

I call BS. You can't change your iris color without contact lenses or fancy new color-altering treatments, which place different pigment into the eye, and yes, that's exactly as ACK! as it sounds for most of us. (Note: We do have eyes that change pigment due to conditions, such as age, lighting conditions, but it's very slight and not really noticeable. If your eyes appear green when you think they're brown, it's called *hazel eyes*. My mom has 'em. if she wears certain colors, they appear more green by contrast.)

I think most are not "national costumes", but "fantasy costumes" inspired by their culture, as we see in Miss Universe. By the way, my favorite were Nigeria and South Korea; handsome men, beautiful costumes.

Why are you throwing it away? Freeze it before it goes bad, use it up at a later date, then you have no waste issues to deal with.

Do this to unpeeled garlic cloves and it makes peeling them much easier.

The actual tip for reheating pizza is to do it on a frying pan, one that has a lid. Put the pan on about medium and fry the pizza for about 5 minutes with lid on to trap heat and generate steam to help heat and melt the toppings and cheese. Check once or twice that the base is not burning - turn down heat and remove from heat temporarily if it starts to. Then depending on base doneness, for another 2 minutes you can turn the heat up higher or keep as is, but add about 10ml of water to pan which should quickly boil, cover with the lid to trap the steam to melt the cheese. End up with crispy base pizza but with well heated toppings and melting cheese.

Rice cooked expressly for making fried rice should actually be done using less water so it doesn't puff up as much. I think it's about 2/3rds of what you would normally do for rice to accompany a stir fry.

Because your existing infrastructure allowed you to restrict cars and people still have ways to get around. US cities are far far more more spread out because they were designed for cars mostly from the beginning, and because they don't have any shortage of land.
