Let me help you... "we all" should be uncomfortable with the fact, that "some people" harass "other people" - It´s all about equality, isn´t it? I´ve seen men beeing pushed, punched, yelled at, getting liquids poured over them in public by women - no help AT ALL Probably the majority thinks: "maybe he deserved this" - that´s wrong, too - and as a father of a beautiful daughter you can be sure: I would GLADLY snap a creeps neck if I´m around while he harasses a woman... all fathers would do that :) ... but i will raise my daughter in that way, that she treats every PERSON like she want´s to be treated... which includes men *gasp*

@notinterested Oh i read it very carefully ... and I´m sure her father raised her equally at the side of her mother. @Carol Love this attitude. Had the same conversation with my wife. There were weird noises in the middle of the night and my wife wanted me to check with a baseball-bat, i looked her dead in the eye and say "I´m not your bodyguard, I`m not your protector. You´re going to have to figure this out for yourself" She finally figured it out and was mature enough to handle it (was just a drunk neighbour). Sometimes these girls need to be thrown in the deep end of the pool to learn what equalism looks like - BOOYA what a time to be alive.

I´m pretty confident you know shit about this woman / her relationship. In my relationship im the OCD-one and I do the majority of the house work. So what? Should I scream "I´m NOT your male-maid, I´m your husband!!!" At the end of the day, both should have done the same amount.. that´s it... rlly, that´s it. It doesn´t matter WHAT you do... It´s not harmful to lay clothes down for your man if he leaves early from work in exchange to clean the flat and prepares dinner for you, so you can relax at the end of a hard day - vice versa. I tried to visualize the obvious double standards. @Twenty: So that means: just because I ride a bicycle no one should be allowed to drive a car/big car in the city? Or: I´m skinny and eat healthy, obese people make me pay more insurance indirectly, because they will need more medical attention some day... so im affected by their lifestyle, too. Suicide rates / jobs where you have to get dirty / dangerous jobs / childcare after divorce / who is financially on top after a divorce... NO "feminist" is actively pursuing those issues ... no way... it would cause an uproar of other "feminists". So it´s NOT about equality ANYMORE (important difference)... Besides: i was a stay-at-home-dad ... and i LOVED it. Fun fact: i got shamed on a regulary basis, sometimes got called "fag". Wanna know by whom? By other moms. HAHA! Man, i was surprised! They litereally didn´t accept me as a part of the "mom-gangs" at the playground (they didn´t know each other). Not every woman is a feminist I never said otherwise. Also, I don't think it's possible to fight with every issue in the department at the same time. And I disagree that NO feminists fight the issues you mentioned. But at the end of the day, if we're both for equality, we don't really disagree. :) We only disagree on the label for it and that shouldn't matter.
