The illustrations are incredible. The descriptions and research behind them excite me even more. The want to make sure they are still creatures that can interact appropriately with their environment with their unique adaptations.

I love the realism. They aren't just happy little teens with tails that breath underwater, these are creations that could've been part of the world we live in. Amazing.

I love how most don't fit in with the 'traditional' view of a mermaid(Beautiful woman with an elegant fishtail, etc.) And how some, I expect, look very realistic, like they could actually exist! Very nice job, I'm in awe of your skills. :)
