People Call Out This Woman Because Her Palette Doesn’t Change, She Responds By Saying She Has Been Painting Since Childhood
In a sea of social media influencers, it is hard to carve out a niche for yourself – so it helps to be multi-talented – however, more eyes means more critique. Cristina Szeifert is a Romanian clinical psychologist, certified life and health coach, motivational speaker, entrepreneur, an ex-model, blogger, and artist according to her media pages, and with her impressive list of accolades, she has earned 33.3k Instagram followers.
While Szeifert’s main profession is as a psychologist, throughout her page you will see photos of her posed beside her finished artworks with captions like, “This is how I start my morning.” Eye-catching as her paintings are, there was something else about her photos that caught someone’s eye.
Cristina Szeifert regularly shares photos of herself painting – but someone noticed something odd

Other commenters chimed in with other observations that made them question her authenticity
Others found a possible explanation
Bored Panda contacted the artist for a comment
“Well, I am a bit shocked about this ridiculous situation but I will answer to you. I have been an artist ever since I was a small child, graduated art school, and it remained a passion over the years. After art school, I attended university for psychology, opened my first business at the very early age of 22, and start modeling at a high level in Italy. Over time, I restarted my passion for painting, especially in the last year. After I finished a painting, I would post the final result on my Instagram page. I like to photograph myself looking perfect so obviously, the pictures with my paintings are done with clean clothes and with my make-up done. I have beauty businesses and am a model for many women, so this is the reason I like to have a good image on social media. I painted a lot in my early years, ages 18-20 and was even an art teacher for kids from an orphanage in Romania (for free, of course). I posted my art pictures to try to motivate people to follow their dreams and not to abandon their passions as I did. I never expected that people could be so irritated because of my clean look. The palette [in the photos] was probably used as an accessory in a few pictures, and I use an acrylic paint that is washable so it looks similar in many pictures. I paint as often as I have time for. I have a busy life but I like to create things and painting is relaxing for me. I am proud to paint and I will keep this passion for the rest of my life.”

Share on FacebookI cannot imagine going to a psychologist who is also an instagram influencer. I want a therapist who is less crazy than me, thank you
So we're supposed to believe she graduated art school... went to university and got a degree in psychology, and then started a business at the age of 22... THEN... started modeling in Italy? THEN, she reignited her passion for art and somehow, between all of that and whatever, was an art teacher for Romanian orphans? Gurl... I call b******t. It's like when people are telling lies, so they give as much detail as possible, it doesn't make the s**t true... it just makes it more c**p. I can't.
I know a chick who said that she lived in Africa for a while and photographed the wildlife there for a thesis. All the photos were from a drive through safari ranch just outside town in Texas. It was a day trip.
Load More Replies...Why can't you just be yourself without heavily editing the images? Sure dress how you want, apply all the make up you want but leave your body and face as they really are. You'd think as a psychologist she'd be aware of how damaging all these fake images are.
As a former psychology major, many psychologists are nuts. That's why they get into the field, trying to figure out what's wrong with them.
Load More Replies...She may have painted those pedestrian works, but I 100% do not believe anything in her defense statement. She's not only a psychologist! but a high level Italian model! A benevolent teacher for Romanian orphans! and owns a beauty/ cosmetics company! AMAZING!
I don't want to defend her, cause I think she is shallow and vanity driven, but it's her business how she photographs whatever she does. If people don't like that, disagree with her image or message, then they should just stop looking at her. Why waste your time on something you don't find valuable?
I imagine she painted the pictures, but then took these photos of herself pretending to paint them.
Just like she wrote this text from LifeHacker... https://www.lifehack.org/articles/lifestyle/9-ways-to-be-more-positive.html https://cristinaszeifert.wordpress.com/2016/12/05/9-ways-to-be-more-positive/
Load More Replies...Un-huh...yeah. Don't ever forget a provable truth: Online anyone can claim to be anything. Psychologist? Artist? President of the USA? Somehow this particular person comes across as needy, attention seeking and just plain sad. Imagine being that desperate for attention from strangers -- people you probably will never know. At what point in her life did she decide that putting pictures of herself online, dressed as if going out to a high-end club, pretending to paint was a great way to build her esteem? Even if she is an artist, a psychologist, a would-be "influencer" who cares? I would much rather know a real person, not an online stranger pretending to be an influence. Me, I'm influenced by those who do something positive for society, particularly those segments of society who struggle. Just sad.
Her statement: "Me.Me.Me.Me. And by the way, ME" I feel bad for her patients.
Why doesn't she post a video of her actually creating a painting?
I’m an artist, painter, sculptor, crafter and creater and was adopted, can I pull the “abolition card”?
Load More Replies...No, no they are NOT... it’s her photoshopped curves and fake a*s face that’s the showcase. 🤦🏻♀️
Load More Replies...This is just another bimbo looking for attention and yes her response made it worse. My countrys "V.I.P's" are the same I'm bored from blond bimbos with no actual tallent, fake titties, inflatable brain and big lips. Please mr. MUSK take me to MARS!
The last time I've made a painting, I was in my underwear, (Picasso style), paint marks all over me. Even if I was extra careful, I still had paint on my fingers. But, what do I know, I'm not an influencer. People in Romania have a name for this type of girl, full of plastic and Botox, who is shallow, tries to be someone else and always hunts for the next millionaire. They call her : pițipoancă ( pitzi for short).
Hey I have some of those kind of (Romanian) woman at my work that sound just like your description. (where I work there’s a near by area that has a rather large Russian community). Crazy really.
Load More Replies...She didn't explain why various areas of the photos were photoshopped.
And she won’t! She thinks we’re all idiots that won’t notice what she did (or rather didn’t do).
Load More Replies...I can tell these painting are real because they look like the work of a hobbyist. If she was pretending to paint them she would choose more impressive work to pretend to paint. As a professional artist I can forgive someone for having a fake palette as long as they aren't taking credit for other people's work. I think it's kind of cool that painting is considered high status enough that influencers want to show off their work even if painting isn't their primary profession.
Hilariously she not only quotes herself, but she plagiarizes a text from 2014... https://www.brightontheday.com/attract-what-you-expect-quote/ Screenshot...dc3002.png
I mean, those aren't even good photoshops. The carpet doesn't line up in the 02-24-19 pic... on one side of her gut it's going along one line, and on her back it's going along a completely different line. If you gotta shop yourself for your IG you're somewhat sad imho.
Probably would have been more plausible if she hadn't photoshopped the pictures
The only thing she has in common with a psychologist is that she charges by the hour.
Social media is like reality TV, the people are real, sure the stories are even real if not exaggerated a little bit. But like reality TV something always seems a little off with social media, a little to manufactured.
This is such a pointless and petty attack on this woman. Big surprise, not everything you see on the internet is true! Who would've thought?! People commenting and analyzing her photos are no better than her, and like to think they are by acting all high and mighty.
She went to art school, got a degree in psychology, and then opened her own business all by the age of 22? Ok, sure. It could happen. I mean, I went to art school and despite the fact that I was a better than average student, I didn't graduate until I completed four years. That was for a bachelors degree not a PhD which is what you need to be a psychologist. She must be quite remarkable to have completed all that education, AA, BS, Masters, and PhD all before the tender age of 22.
You don't really need Sherlock Holmes to realize that this woman is fake. Just look at how she "paints" herself, how can you trust anything someone like this does or says? That's not just make-up, that's a mask! She's too embarrassed to show her face, has an obvious self-worth problem and ...GASP... she is a psychologist??? I hope the few fappers who send her money, help her get help.
Plastic surgery, photoshop, lighting, pro photography, wardrobe etc., and all of this to sell some mediocre at best paintings? Jeeze just learn to paint
Hey, I guess she feels good about herself putting on such a false front when I would have to hang my head in shame. Shame on her. No self respecting psychologist would act this way.
She can just post a triple-speed video of her actually painting something so that the people stop poking her.
Pretty sure she doesn’t use that kind of artist palette when (or if) she paints.

What is wrong with her wanting TO LOOK GOOD next to HER WORK?!!! Just shows you how two-faced the internet is!
Because she's clearly not painting them. Not the same thing at all. It would be the same if she was a man, unlike the other story.

I may not paint on canvas but i do paint scale models with acrylic paints i have paints i have mixed up from years ago just as fresh as today's paint. pallet wise i don't know but i keep my paint somewhat organized when painting it is a habit to form. i do not take pictures so i cant tell about that but her idear sounds better for her audience than being full of paint marks and in ratty clothing make sense that if you do this then look your best not your worst.
Dude she probably painted them and did a photo shoot with them. Like can’t she?
It sounds like she needs a psychologist herself. But that is a profession that people with psychological issues gravitate towards, so it's not surprising that she went that route. She needs to look within herself to understand why she has a pathological need for online attention from strangers. Any good she thinks she's doing is all for personal attention and acclaim, her motives are completely corrupt. She says she's a 'model for many women', but it's more like a cautionary tale.
She didn't explain why various sections of the photos were photoshopped.
And she won’t. Because she wants to look fake like the rest of stuff on the photo.

Why are there so many liars doing things like this? And I am really sick of that arched back stance to make their butt look better. Someday they are going to get stuck like that and find out the only can walk bowlegged. Let's get real. These "look at perfect air-brushed me" can not go on forever. Get a life!!!
There is no paint on either of the easels and barring the fact that she may own a 3rd, that's the nail in the coffin for me. I have painted every single day for 4 and a half years. From then until now, the one constant is that you cannot control every place the paint lands, be it your skin, sleeves, easel, table, carpet, clothes, or hair. You can explain away everything else, but acrylic paint on a wood palette or easel is NOT 100% washable, so I call nonsense.
For crying out loud, give the girl a break! Who really cares whether the pics are posed or not? Bizarre how people can be bothered making judgements! Get a life!

She is a fool because she uses sexuality to garner attention. Two strikes, (1) wanting attention, and (2) using sexuality to get it.
Well, if she is a "high level model" in Italy, what is her name and let's see her portfolio.
It's sad... I believe her explanation, but even if she painted for real, her photos look fake. So I don't judge her now for not being a real artist, because she is, but for being such superficial. I don't know what she wants to show to tha world : her painting or her image. These photos are just wrong to me : if I'm looking at the painting, she looks fake, and if I looking at her, the painting looks fake...

Because those are likely not true, just like the fake paintings.
Load More Replies...Well, as you asked... They look very mundane. Some skill but no spark that gives the painting life. About as good as the 'inspirational' quotes she uses.
Load More Replies...I am an artist too and painting can be really messy, that's why I always wear an apron. And from my experience in these images she might be posing while pretending to paint, perhaps these are her paintings, but she is definitely not painting.
