The artist has a versatile style and creates both classical, beautiful designs, and unique fairytale-like ones. She decorates her edible artworks by drawing on them or adding flowers, berries, or fruits to the cakes.

OMG! This far surpasses any cake design I've ever seen! I can't stop looking and appreciating every detail.
Elena has magical hands! And brain, to imagine these then produce them!
I think that it is quite useless making these beautiful cakes unless you preserve it because no one will want to destroy it. :P
I guess if the person is able to make the design on cake, there wont be an issue to make it using clay as well.

My late gr8 mom loved her koi pond so much she did a magical cross stich that she framed and I have now! She would've been blown away by this baker- herself a formidable cook extraordinaire! Miss her delicious cakes.

I would love to present this one to a friend of mine that lost her baby on the baby's birthday. I always remember to send her mother's day cards and birthday cards on her baby's birthday and she has told me how much that means to her. So I've done it for close to 10 years now and she still loves having her status as a mother acknowledged (she has no other kids) and her baby remembered.
