The Ukranian pastry chef is the master of combining baking with geometric designs and architectural figures. She approaches her desserts as if they were buildings, and creates the most unique design for edible structures. “I have many unrealized ideas and a great desire to experiment. I don’t want to imitate others; I want to create something new,” Kasko told So Good Magazine. And she sure does! The only question now is, how do you eat such beautiful architect cakes?! those looks pretty, but they don't make me hungry. i don't feel i want to eat them, which is a design fail for food.

Architects can cover a wide spectrum of design-related specialities. Let alone architeture itself does not allow for self-expression. As an architect I am sincerely happy for the author. Amazing mastery.

Reminds me of the robie house. What is the grey covering on the frosting of the cake? Is that sprayed on?
