Recently someone took to Imgur to write out the things he’s learned about dealing with panic attacks and anxiety from dating his girlfriend, who experiences both. According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness in the U.S and highly treatable, yet only 36.9% of people suffering receive treatment.
