Whether or not to vaccinate your children has continued to be a hot button argument across discussion platforms. Famous make-up and tattoo artist Kat Von D got in hot water recently for posting on Instagram that her unborn baby would not be vaccinated.
While substantial research shows vaccines are safe and vital in disease prevention, refusal of childhood vaccines at the doctor is on the rise. It could be argued that having these famous allies has emboldened anti-vaxxer groups, whatever the reason never shy away from sharing their opinions online. When science isn't on your side it can make these arguments tricky, but as you’ll see in these examples that doesn't stop them from trying. Some people tried to embellish their medical background, while others could benefit from a class in logic.

There's more to this conversation as you see the antivaxxer is replying to someone. It seems their reply was in response to someone saying mental illness is what makes these people do mass shootings. Antivaxxer says the kids are 'crazy' because of vaccines. Provax states vaccines are used globally yet only the US has a massive mass shooting problem. The gender part was a bit of a stretch since girls aren't required to get anything, but the gist was that girls and boys are vaccinated at the same rate, yet boys are the ones doing most of the shootings. So if it was because of vaccines, clearly mass shootings would happen by the hands of both genders equally.

When I was enrolling my kids in school, I remember them requiring vaccination records before they could attend. I'm confused, have things changed in public schools or are all these anti-vaxxer's kids homeschooled?
School boards have allowed unvaccinated kids to go to public schools if they have a "religious" objection. We work in a hospital! I went to the CDC website, and NOWHERE did it say such a thing. I was furious with her, because i could see people on her friends list panicking in the replies on it. I feel we are all in danger of the consequences the stupidity of others will bring towards us.The only antivaxers I know personally are barely literate Facebook warriors & unemployeed moms with 0 experience on the subject. I have never met a well educated professional or a doctor who is against vaccines. Having opinion on a subject you know nothing about is one thing,but endagering others with your stupidity is just selfish.I personally believe people who refuse vaccines should be banned from all medical care for life- since they know more than doctors, because they watched YouTube videos maybe they should treat themselves with herbs and potions like in the ancient times when people lived until 35-40. I've come to the conclusion that deep down anti-vaxxers regret being parents - they hate the responsibility, hate that they have to spend money on their kids instead of themselves, hate that they can't have amazing vacations and expensive cars because they have kids, etc. So they WANT their children to die. But instead of doing it in a more humane way like Andrea Yates, Susan Smith, and Casey Anthony all did, they're choosing a slow, painful death. A lot of people don't bother with the flue shot because in general a healthy young person should be able to fight it off. But there's no reason not to do the infectious disease shots, even if it's traumatic. Also, just getting half doses is the same with not getting them at all. Educate yourself and others on the subject, and remember that you can get the vaccines even as an adult, when parents have no say in what you do. It was on BP the other day too, how a young woman got her shots after she became an adult.

Regardless of what this site says about anti-vaxers Covid19 is an experimental vaccine that was rushed to production in record time and have no idea of the long term side-effects. I have work in public settings the entire pandemic and been to the flea market wehere thousands of people were shopping. I have not even had a cold, in 15 months.
