I’ve Been Capturing Squirrels And Coming Up With Funny Titles To Make People Smile
January 21st is squirrel appreciation day and as a photographer, I've really come to appreciate the little critters. I find it quite fascinating that it is still possible to come up with new and unique picture ideas after taking hundreds of thousands already.
On my Instagram account, I post a squirrel a day and try to come up with an uplifting title, mostly just a quote from a song, but occasionally I come up with a funny title and when I do, I'm prouder of that than any of the pics.
One of them titled Super Hero is part of a popular meme well famous in the squirrel community, anyway.

Its such a shame that all of them are plagued with a horrible infestation of Fleas. My two pet squirrels were eaten up with them when they were little. Fortunately, once we got rid of the fleas, it was smooth sailing, until they got that uncontrollable urge to raise a family. Turning them loose on the South Carolina state house grounds helped ensure a longer life for them. I'll always remember, with fondness the little time I had with the little guys.

I love squirrels! If you watch them they will stomp their little feet rapidly and it's the cutest thing ever! Or when they fight with each other they fly feet first at each other like liu kang (I know I spelled that wrong) from mortal kombat.
I remember once in universal studios a squirrel jumped on my head. I screamed and it took a few strands of my hair out and ran away... never saw that thing again
