I’ve Known I Wanted To Be An Artist Since I Was 2, Here Is What I‘ve Drawn By Age 16
My name is Dusan Krtolica, I am 16 years old and I live in Serbia. Drawing is my greatest passion, and I find my inspiration in nature. I am mostly fascinated by animals and their great diversity, as well as their amazing ability to adapt to living in many different environments.
I started drawing when I was 2 years old. To this day, I had 6 solo exhibitions and participated in many TV shows where I talked about my work. When I was 13 years old I wrote and illustrated an encyclopedia of the prehistoric world, which has been published in my country. My book has already been translated into English and I am still looking for a new publisher.
There is a huge interest in my work, so I am selling my drawings across the world. What I am most happy about is that all my customers also became my friends.

This is absolutely amazing!!! It's neat to see the talent in such younger ages. Honestly, this now makes me want to post some of my works, as I have a realistic style as well!
now this is real drawing. not that xerox s**t from photos of celebrities or that tumblr copy/paste memes about periods and cats garbage. some errors in anatomy and perspective but that will be fixed.
also so strange that he is going to art school but looks so plain. no crazy haircut no piercing :)

Simply beautiful. Skill like yours takes dedication but also a *lot* of natural talent. I was always a pretty good sketch artist, but I wouldn't be able to get close to your level with a hundred years of practice.

Some people know quite early their path in life (their dharma or Tao), or are very aware of their talents. You area fine example of that. Very skilled work.There is a therory that one has to put in 10,000 hours to master something like music or art. I think you are well on your way to that. it will be interesting to see if your art changes a bit if you go to art college.
I have a friend with a son like you. He started working for Marvel Comics later, Matrix movie story boards , and now he has his own couple comics. Your going to do well

You are great at it, I love all the details you add. Have you ever considered getting a graphic tablet? You could scan the lineart and add color easily with the graphic tablet (if you set the lineart layer as multiply the colors will stay under the lines), I bet your art would look amazing with some colors.And you learn very fast, I can't wait to see your art in a couple of years! Try to start using some correction white on the light spots in eyes, it will really make them pop. Very good for your age, will be interesting to see when you come into your own some more. Just some helpful critiques, they are a little flat, try working some more grey tones in as well as white. Keep up the good work, this is tons better than the garbage they have in galleries!

It really is beautiful, but there is nothing wrong with a bit of colour. Using only black can make you a bit depressed.
