Man Films How Many Wild Animals Are Using This Log Bridge, Is Surprised It’s That Many Different Kinds
Robert Bush Sr. loves the great outdoors and he has found a brilliant way to show everyone why. The Pennsylvania man put a hidden camera next to a log bridge near his home. All year round, it records wild animals crossing the river, exposing the critters in their natural habitat when they think nobody’s looking. These animal videos are like a window into nature. A digital one. And it’s mesmerizing.
Here are a few compilations showing what animals Robert has already captured with his cam
Robert shares the animal crossing footage on the Facebook group Bob’s Pennsylvania Wildlife Camera. It already has 40K members and we highly suggest you join as well. The types of animals that get featured there are so diverse. Deers, raccoons, squirrels, bobcats, beavers, even one slightly clumsy bear have made their appearances.
“I love the outdoors and wildlife and I am not anti-hunting,” Robert wrote on the group. “This page is not about hunting and I will not post any hunting pictures or videos … this page is about the beautiful animals in the mountains of Pennsylvania.” The man also warned he won’t tolerate hunting pictures and talks in the comments. It’s a place to simply enjoy amusing videos.
Also, Robert keeps the exact location of the famous log a secret. Kudos for that. We don’t need anyone interrupting the woodland animals or the feed. So it’s as authentic as it gets.
The camera records day and night, all year round
After his initiative went viral, Robert shared his thoughts behind it

Here’s what people said about his wonderful work
Walking through the woods or over a log bridge (in this case), it gently reminds us that it is not all about humans. We share this precious earth! And it's not all of us and our egocentric view of the world.
Thank you Kate for your comment. The tragedy is that vast majority of people are either indifferent to the issue of preservation of nature, or simply hold an opinion the "we" are superior species and can treat animals and their habitat as "we" deem it fit. If we do not speak out against cruelty to animals (any animals domesticated and wild alike) and against plunder and destruction of the environment we all will equally pay for it.
Load More Replies...So much thanks to Bob, the photos and video are magnificent. Keeping them hidden treasures is the most appropriate thing for them. To be able to adore them from afar and know they are completely safe is a truly unselfish act. I absolutely love all of the various species that are using the little bridge and it's beautiful that we have the opportunity to watch them safely for them and us. Wishing Bob many more safe journeys for him and the wildlife.
Cool! My apologies to Pennsylvania but I just never thought of it as a place with such diverse wildlife.
Can't even go to the bathroom while hiking anymore without worrying about a camera. Super.
So many bear butts, a lovely combination of animals just going about their business. Such a lovely treasure those videos are!
Robert, you have given us a pleasure, beyond words, as you enjoyed collecting the videos, you had no idea, how happy you would make us, you are so fortunate, to have the opportunity, that we all wish we had, thank you very much for sharing !!!
Thank you, Robert, for taking the time and extra expense to provide the rest of us with the privilege of seeing how animals live in their natural environment; and for being smart not to enough disclose their location to protect them from hunters.
Does he protect them from hunters? He stated that he's NOT against hunting.

I found the video on YouTube the other day and had such joy watching it I shared it with friends. There is another one featuring a tree showing the many animals that go past it and their antics. I think it was featured in a past Bored Panda Post, but for some reason I am not able to find it.
Oh my goodness that poor crawdad being bludgeoned to death at 0:48 (I know it's nature and that's how it goes but I felt sad for him)
Nice. To say it in german: So eine schöne Muschi! Und so schöne Bärchen! Und von Vögeln, da fang ich garnicht erst an! ... hehe...
I appreciate that Bob did not posted any hunting pictures. Since he's not against hunting, and did not say he does not hunt, could he explain why so many "civilized" humans love to cowardly kill animals? How can murdering an innocent, sentient being give them pleasure, any satisfaction??? It's behind comprehension.
